Naikan therapy

We have known for a while,

that most answers lie deep inside,

when we take moments to introspect,

seeing oneself with the mind eye... 


Naikan therapy. 


A practice contemplative,

letting us be more reflective,

develop a deeper understanding,

of our interactions with life. 


By promoting self-awareness,

it allows us to pause and reflect,

our thoughts, feelings & emotions,

opening paths, of inner realizations. 


Letting us focus on positive sides,

we foster gratitude, appreciate life,

expanding views & our perspectives, 

to break free, of mental conditioning. 


And it helps, improve our relationships,

reducing our stress, lessening anxieties, 

making us kind, we cultivate empathy,

treating each other, with compassion. 


So, one should try, Naikan therapy,

for personal growth, & better relationships,

asking questions, answering them sincerely, 

to open the path... of self-awareness! 


P.S. :  Naikan therapy is a guided self-reflection, rooted in Buddhist principles.

It encourages individual to reflect on three key questions; 


1. What did I receive from this person?

2. What did I give to this person?

3. What worries, troubles or unhappiness did I cause this person?
