Time slips

It's a mysterious phenomenon, 

which had no other explanations, 

intriguing mind with its formation,

passed as folklore, for generations... 

Time slips...

Be it past or the future,

coming like dreams or illusions,

showing snapshot of a period,

that were too exotic or vintage. 

It's rare, an elusive event,

only a few could correlate, 

where one gets transported,

to an unfamiliar location.

It might last few moments,

like flashes, showing glimpses,

or one could have interactions,

exchanging words & materials. 

These stories make us wonder,

there are things still unknown, 

some being hoax or fabrication,

while others, hard to refute situations. 

And it fascinates our minds,

seeking the truth, for its kinds,

making theories to rationalize,

open avenues to analyze... 

For, it's this 4th dimension, 

involving space and time,

that always make us baffled,

playing with our intelligence. 

So researchers made hypothesis, 

starting from ancient ley lines,

shifting to earth's energy fields,

from telluric currents to time vortices. 

Time slips...

There's so much to be discovered, 

be it wormholes to quantum world, 

we might consider them glitches,

if our world works like simulations. 

Yet, I believe, they are time's shadow,

or the images, from parallel universe,

that are contacted, at certain wavelengths,

either accidentally or voluntarily...through resonance.
