I have been waiting,

humming this song,

that keeps fading,

never to catch rhythm,

it's slowly breaking,

being suspended,

in the air.

Wishing to retain,

making the chains,

adding tunes to lyrics,

that's forming in brain,

with new memories,

of sweet moments, 

yet, all in vain.

Like a cuckoo's call,

for someone to follow,

adding voices & notes,

not let it swallowed,

by noises prevalent,

or void within.
