It starts with breathing,
regulating the flow of prana,
inhale, exhale, finding rhythm,
and practice various postures.
Not just simple exercises,
to enhance flexibility & strength,
but these asanas are sadhana,
to unite with universe's energy.
Energy that permeates,
yet, we remain oblivious,
immersed in the noises,
which surrounds our lives.
So, when we dedicate time,
embracing the process inside,
we could succeed to find,
after our senses are aligned.
It starts with breathing,
we ascend through the movements,
slowly, gradually, comes refinements,
we mature, reaching the awareness.
calmness settles, as we keep diving,
in the ocean, of deeper consciousness,
and we arrive, in stillness of our mind,
every element of nature combined.
