There's a reason we learn,

spending years to transform,

from naive, to being informed,

gaining knowledge & wisdom.

For, we will grow with time,

added into workforce, as we climb,

these milestones of our lives,

contributing our share in society.

People would ask for evidence,

of our qualities, that's relevant, 

for granting us the responsibilities, 

to manage or oversee processes. 

So, we follow education system,

adding value to our qualifications, 

acquiring degrees & certifications,

as a testimony, to our competence. 

There might be some outliers, 

undertaking different part from rests,

being independent and self-sufficient, 

or draining their forefathers possessions. 

Still, they have to attain basic skills,

for the sustenance of their will,

sooner or later, have to provide,

building confidence, in heart & mind...
