Confidence...
It's something not inherent,
rather built over the time,
through effort & willpower.
Being introverted & shy,
many are reluctant to try,
standing on the background,
amazed by ones, on the dais.
Yet, they are mistaken,
it was all about interests,
and gaining experiences,
cementing beliefs, on oneself.
There were factors that play,
giving support & assurances,
yet, the knowledge is bought,
through practice & preparations.
And here comes, the simple tricks,
to become certain, curb hesitancy,
to follow passion, in desired fields,
gather expertise, through focused skills.
For, when we pursue our goals,
take initiatives, out of comfort zone,
we develop and strengthen qualities,
to share insights, with conviction...
And that's my friend,
Is confidence!
