Too casual, we become,
being assured of our conditions,
indulge in the pleasures many,
taking risks, without precautions...
Yet, it's the leeway, that costs,
before we realize, we are lost,
missing pieces, of cherished life,
as our time, is being stopped...
Too casual, we become,
ignoring warnings, we succumb,
pushed into cycles of injuries,
without an escape, from the dump.
And we lament, as we regret,
our arrogance, mistakes committed,
praying to heal, from the damages,
turn back clock, so we prevent...
Disturbances to the flow,
letting homeostasis grow,
our body in healthy spirits,
without concerns or worries...
