streams of positive waves,
flowing through our body,
giving us required energy,
to stay motivated.

nurturing gratitude towards life,

It's a play of neurotransmitters,
Dopamine, released with the rewards,
Serotonin, regulating mood & sleep,
And Endorphin, with its euphorias.
While some hormone, like oxytocin,
playing role in our social bondings,
a complex interplay of chemicals,
together influences our emotions!

We can choose our ways,
by caring physical & mental health,
with love & support of our families,
we could engage in activities,
for emotional regulations.
To finally achieve...
A state of bliss, feeling good!
