In the heart, where dreams grew

In the heart, where dreams grew,

losing its light, when realities threw,

the setbacks, in unending spirals, 

from which, difficult to recover. 

Losing shine, fading in the backgrounds, 

discouraged, to raise fighting spirit,

for, each step, faces many challenges, 

an inner turmoil, taking its toll. 

Determination wavers, interest changes,

failing in devotion and my commitment, 

there's no light, in the end of tunnel,

or I might have lost my patience. 

Tired, too weary of the struggles, 

slowly becoming an object of ridicule,

was it a vain attempt, out of pride,

neglecting sensibilities, without reason? 

And world moves on, too indifferent, 

soul aches, for gentle encouragement, 

an appreciation of effort, in the direction,

yet, leaving me stranded & abandoned. 

In the hearts, where dreams grew,

hope vanished, now shadows looms,

being disillusioned, of colorful world,

breaking away...from promised future!
