Heart disturbed, need some rest,
yet, the thoughts, are so messed,
snatching away, peace & quiet,
these struggles, make time do waste,
so I searched, finding remedies,
providing moments of tranquility,
to my unsettled mind.
Green noise...
It worked like wonders,
as it filled the backgrounds,
with soothing nature's sounds,
like breeze, rustling through trees,
falling raindrops or flowing streams,
creating low, continuous rumbles,
these frequencies felt comfortable.
This calming ambience reduces stress,
improving focus, masking distracting noises,
blocks disruptive sounds of surroundings,
providing relief, from tinnitus ringing,
when I listen, to nature inspired sounds,
it helps me fall, and stay asleep.
