In my reflections

In my reflections, I learned, 

inherited nature and desires,

accompanying my reasons,

to justify certain actions...

Yet, they involve misconceptions, 

inconsistencies in my observations,

filtering through preconceived notions,

and affecting my perceptions... 

In my reflections, I learned,

there's more to introspection, 

putting ideas, through examinations,

rather than relying on intuition. 

For, I am a simple individual,

looking through familiar lenses,

creating opinions about the world,

that's incomplete, forever changing... 

In my reflections, I learned,

there's a world, waiting to be seen,

each having their own perspectives,

some being wiser, than I ever be.

So, let's be flexible, more welcoming,

being vigilant, of ingrained tendencies,

nurture goodwill, love for everything, 

and the world will reciprocate...
