We are in their place

We are in their place,

visiting for some moments,

let us be sober & respectful,

while we disturb their space. 

For, our presence was felt,

like the ripples, it spreads,

either welcomed or unwanted,

affecting the conditions, they lived. 

It's paramount, that we cared,

in human dwellings or natural habitat,

we are guest, they were the residents,

that are bound, to that location. 

We might feel the excitements,

of exploring new, for experiences,

but they would face the consequences, 

of any mischiefs, mistakes or accidents. 

Yet, we forget, carry our ego around,

oblivious of harm, that it may cause,

through the demands, or our actions,

changing perceptions, forcing reactions. 

So, be mindful, be aware...

As we are in their space,

witness or capture their charm,

while making the whole interactions... pleasant.
