Have we ever invested,

enough of our time,

that we leave behind,

a part of the soul inside...

The product of our labor. 

Meraki...

An ancient way,

of putting something of ourselves, 

be it the mind, creativity or passion,

as if our essence, is in the work. 

Started amongst the craftsmen,

an artist's dedication to the art,

final products being celebrated,

as the very extension, of their soul. 

So, let us learn this wisdom,

going beyond, doing given tasks,

by infusing our whole being,

in professional or personal sphere. 

We should practice mindfulness,

being fully present, at that moment,

infusing passion in our actions,

through our spirit and devotion. 

By taking pride in our skills,

doing it to the best of our ability,

and bringing a unique touch,

with purpose, in good intentions.
