just life......

hey friends, Its a long time since I had written something....life is a little hectic these days, with wards to attend and exam so near, isn't some relaxed phase of mind to write poetry....

And then my day to day activities are not much fun to know either.....to prescribe medications to patients, measure blood pressure, insert Ryle's tube and catheter in hospital, definitely not a interesting thing to know....is it?

Then we have the Raksha Bandhan,Independence day and now today,its Anna's Fast and house arrest...a lot have been going on these days...such an interesting stuff...

So, after all these works, my 2 months of medicine internship are over and I can at least write something for my blog, something for the recent things and here I am. A small poetry, to start with though....hope you like it!

I have seen the world,

the Nation that stands,

the people it have....

the festivals being there,

celebration of life!

I have seen the hope,

the problems we face,

the sins we have.....

the truth being there,

being hidden from sight!

I have seen it all,

the emotions we felt,

the guilt we have....

the remorse being there,

just a little more to go!!

patriots...come on!

Patriots, bring all..

competition calling, your people asking,

what if fallen behind,

come on and lead us in front.

we know money matters,

also a easy life we ask for,

but still there should be a cause,

one should stand for!!

yes, enjoy your part,

also run for your desire,

only making some changes,

taking en route to your country.

globalization, a world, it should be,

but forced interests are on us,

what way, it will take,

up or down is all we go!!

patriots, that's what all I ask for,

because, in your heart, you know..

this is what you ever wanted to be

just a little blurred it's becoming !!

patriotism say a lot about country's interest,

all we talk but little we do,

why should others do, it's your home too,

don't you know what we are going through?

past can't be changed but future so alive,

just the present is rotting away,

holding it is all we doing..

so, just don't sit back and watch,

come out, it's what a patriot in you wants!!

Its not about Ayodhya !!

Well...recently the Allahbad High court decision about the Ayodhya verdict had brought wide and varied reaction all around the country..some had used it for petty dirty politics to get hold of there vote bank..some just wanted to show off..how good they were by condemning or praising it..and a lot more. Still most of them see what I call a very Narrower picture of such a verdict.

Lets take it as this..We know the History..NOT PROOF...but faith that Lord Ram was born there as in Ramayana..and there is PROOF that there was a old temple beneath Babri Masjid and PROOF that Babar did destroyed a lot of temples and built Mosque on it.So, From the start the Hindus felt being the victim and there were tensions which led to declaration of the site as disputed by the British. After Independence, when the Hindu population was more, this was gone for court settlement and the media and government took a lot time for its verdict as we have this tendency of Minority appeasement....This was a misconception which still remains here as Muslims are always thought to be the Victim..as propagated by their religious preachers, by the Government for vote bank politics. So, it indirectly fueled the Hindu believers, as the government never took there side even if they were the majority..leading to 1992 incidence by Kar sevaks, Babri Masjid demolition..No other way they thought the Ram Mandir could be built on the sacred site as the administration were blind for votes.
Then there were Godhra riots sparked due to burning of Kar sevaks in the train, Mumbai bomb blasts, Increase in terrorism just by showing demolition of Babri Masjid..demolition of many thousand of temples in Pakistan and Bangladesh.. No one cared to take a look at the History!!

Now coming to broader part...Hinduism was once the most prominent religion of the world..from it...as a influence, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism, and all the religion have somewhere or less got some influence from Hinduism..you just can't deny that but, its influence decreased, once covering all of southeast Asia, it is now restricted India and Nepal..While, Islam and Christian flourished...do you know why, they expanded, converted both by hook or crook...Once True India, from Afghanistan to Thailand and more being only Hindu region, it's now covered by Islam and Christians, and Now even Hindus would fear to say there country was predominantly Hindu for the fear of being Branded as communal..Other religion don't understand or they don't want to..why should they, everyone need there profit..Why else after the verdict would anyone say Muslims are CHEATED by having 1/3RD of a sacred place of Hindus and most of Indians supported it,,as they think themselves secular..ITS NOT SECULARISM, its foolishness. Hindus are always tolerant and there religion accept all religion but that doesn't mean other religion try to sabotaged the oldest and most true heritage of such a great country...they just don't understand...its the religion the heritage that there forefathers conserved..What will I say if people are so obsessed with secularism..that the many firm Hindu believer say Pseudo-secularism. On such avoidance and ignorance of people, Religious fanaticism will only grow..and I now understand why..

There are a lot of incidence where a place being sacred to Hindus have a temple along with a Mosque built there...and someone just suggested to do the same in Ayodhya just because there was a mosque built by a cruel leader some 400 yr ago destroying something that was many thousand year old...holding faith of many millions..Let me ask them to give a single example of building a Temple, in Muslim dominated region anywhere in the world along with a Mosque,...answer would be a strict NO and lot of Angry calls..Fatwa and all. Why they want only Hindu be secular, why can't they be the same...But our people, the Hindu majority, the government is blind...I have nothing against the Muslim, what I worry is the survival of Hinduism, If its own people are not supporting it.

Muslims were not the victim here...THEY NEVER WERE..... Ayodhya is not about Lord Ram's temple...its just a symbolism..a sign to show, we need to protect what we are...what we should be. Let all the people, from any religion, being a Indian, protect the very Indianness of you...as all other religion are foreign, all other culture are foreign...What yours is always be yours!!!.....
STOP PRETENDING TO BE SECULAR.......BE SECULAR!!..EQUAL RIGHTS TO ALL RELIGION..OTHERS ARE GETTING IT..LET HINDUISM ALSO HAVE THERE SHARE!!

humiliation of Sushil kumar

Just watching the News yesterday. Yes, I do watch news some days in hope of getting something new information. But the stories are as usual...Kashmir burns as people dies..Jatt wanted there reservation...students getting involved in a fight for college elections , then there is cricket or bollywood..

Looks like our media is crazy about politics, and cricket and then bollywood. Politics has just captured the Nations imagination. Then there was news of arrival of Sushil kumar after winning the world championship in wrestling and being met by huge celebration by rejuvenated fans, proud family members and coach. Better ..no politics here...but my happiness was short lived as another controversy struck in!!...Mr. M S Gill sir, the Sports Minister of our country!! and the photo shoot

controversy.

Yes, Mr. Gill wanted all the credit for himself as he literally shoo away the Coach and his family members to have a single photo with the World champion!!...Someone who doesn't even care to receive Sushil kumar at airport or don't know what he did for him before he won Olympic bronze medal!!...And shooing away his coach and family the main contributor of Sushil kumar's success.

It was a great humiliation for both the coach and the player but who cares!!...are we enough patriotic to care???

Why should he care, he is a Politician, the Babu..who are these small villagers and this small coach to stand with him!!...Even if he got Dronacharya award..he is far below him!!

This is the Basic mentality of our Babus and politicians!!..even the one in the Office doesn't care about whats going on under him!...I bet he doesn't even know half the sports person that a common Indian knows!!...Still these guys want there pay hike as they are supreme, Want to get all the credit for any individual Success!!

My basic question remains-----are such guys eligible to run such a responsible post???

Influence

hello friends...

Just thinking how could we get influenced by small things as I was watching a reality show in T.V. Why a person be thinking about the life of this guy/gal in reality show, their family..I couldn't get it. To it, add the emotional 'drama', and background music..we could feel their pain..support someone, defend something...

Then I was watching some debate in News about the ideologies and the hate politics in mumbai by sena (shiv sena, MNS)...the guy representing MNS/Sena are directly supporting their view..when asked about their use of violence a method of propagating their ideologies..he said that our leaders are just opposing it, we can't stop some of our activist from taking violence..they were not at all taking the responsibility of influencing the young minds!!..

let me ask them a simple question ...if human mind can be influenced to become a killer machine or act as human bomb {jehadi leaders}...can't it be just influenced for act of violence...against the government {read naxalites, kashmiri separists}, against so called migrants {read Shiv sena, MNS}..against race {read recent attacks on Indians in Australia}

Now comes the responsibility of government...is it doing enough to protect the thinking of our citizens..is it acting against these anti-social gentlemen??..or any effective method been devised to divert the minds..How could Sena influence its cadre to be against being called as Indians?? against Sachin...national icon!!

Talking about influence, how could we miss this entire debate of culture, morality, western influence....we had recently heard about moral policing...let me tell my view on it..
Morality can not be forced on someone..
It should be accepted as a respected tool..

for this, T.V, Movies, current globalisation, everything is responsible..we cannot stop it..but we can make our culture more attractive towards the others..or else how could be ISKON, Hindu religion becoming popular outside??...Why not popularise Panchatantra, Bikram betal. Akabar birbal..each one could indirectly influence the young mind towards the good as I have studies those..I know!!

Influence is the key used by many politicians,businessman, people to propagate their agenda..we were bound to be affected by it!!..The only thing the government need is..how effectively it increases the good influence on us and protecting us against the bad.
