Let me be complete

Let me be complete,

in my ways of living,

while seeking something more,

a form of enhancement of soul. 

I don't need much,

for a life of fulfillment, 

being content, within my space,

while marvelling the world's grace.

Of the knowledge, that I can learn,

of the things, keeping me entertained,

the ambitions and my aspirations,

beliefs forming the very foundation. 

Yet, I am being acutely aware,

there are many things beyond,

I can only able to understand,

while connecting deeply with someone.

There might be setbacks and failures, 

and some prefers their solitude, 

still, no one denies genuine intentions, 

the tenderness of a loving heart. 

Societies have changed, 

risen above necessities,

and priorities have shifted,

to diverse stimulants and activities. 

Having abilities to acquire much,

no requisite for a support system,

gaining the privilege to choose,

blaming others, for not being enough. 

Many rued, and a lot more welcomed,

being witness the generation of freedom,

as we gather, through our exposures, 

the meaning of our existence.

And I stand, on either sides,

finding balance in a swaying bridge,

being complete in my needs,

waiting to be evolved, to a higher being... 

For, it's the path, still eludes me.
