To plan a city,
we need central committee,
holding power over bureaucracy,
to take decisions, without discrepancies.
For, it needs proper planning,
land requires various scanning,
making files, to clear proposals,
it's a hassle, delaying the tasks.
These officials, have limited role,
in letting these details unfold,
while professionals & experts,
build roadmaps, to start their work.
When lands were provided,
it was expected to bear fruits,
in the development the areas,
which was backward & remote.
Still, there were risks involved,
if not made sustainable, future-proof,
when population rises, problems occur,
without solutions, to recover from loss.
For, human greed knows no bound,
given opportunities, release the hounds,
exploiting resources, breaking the systems,
damaging the path, of continued habitation.
