There are something that binds,
our heart with threads of life,
when together, or lost in time,
Yet, it keeps our bond alive.
Music, a strong glue,
when enjoyed with selected few,
sharing interests that connect,
deepening love, which renews,
Each time we listen...
Friends find the pleasures,
of dancing to beats treasured,
while old people keep records,
to replay, memorable songs,
for experiencing nostalgia...
The lovers were very fond,
of tunes, that strike the chords,
while in families get-together,
with melodies as their anthems,
for having wonderful functions...
The lullabies, from mother's voice,
to the lyrics, that our thoughts enjoy,
while some are more special,
rekindle memories of departed souls,
reminiscing times, they were together....
For, in our heart, music thrives,
when we identify, with our lives!
