So what roles you prefer?
Be fixed, or flexible thoughts,
things that give you confidence,
would it be stability or explorations?
It varies, we have temperaments,
that dictates, actions we take,
sensible ones, support these traits,
to achieve positions, even dominate.
Yet, this balance, difficult to make,
when our situations, raise the stakes,
many falters, even resolve do break,
few could swim, preserving the strength.
To be stubborn, might be frowned,
yet have advantages, protecting systems,
building foundations, durable & strong,
to face challenges, weather the storm.
While flexible ones, ride the waves,
finding ways to attain desired success,
following passion, enjoying freedom,
bringing something new, into the game.
So, what role you prefer?
Each path have its advantages,
as long as there's understanding,
and mutual respect...
