Matsyanyaya

The law of the fish,

where strong devours the weak,

in absence of the order,

powerful dominate the meek. 

Ancient philosophers realized,

advised by Chanakya in his treatise,

advocating true purpose of the state,

in implementation of authority. 

For, society descends into anarchy, 

without a ruler or command structures, 

preventing domination of one side,

while exploiting or stealing rights. 

A just and impartial state,

provides every citizen the space,

to have growth, without the fears,

of losing rights, being vulnerable. 

For, us human, are evolved beings,

risen above the petty fightings, 

following ethics and morality,

with compassion and empathy. 

And, when we stray from the path,

there would be chaos, once we lost,

surrendering to our impulses, 

as Matsyanyaya begins!
