that influences choices made,
in selecting brands or products,
choosing course of purchase.
It's indeed a competition,
to grab the buyer's attention,
those who could succeed,
would lead the market.
Yet, circumstances change,
forcing us to follow trends,
endure the difficult situations,
for investments, to pay dividends.
Even then, failures happens,
hard work, goes down the drain,
forcing us to make decisions,
to continue or shutting business.

it's important to know customers,
provide them with consistency,
to win their trust & confidence.

would attain enormous wealth,
while others sustains losses,
