Walking through this rugged terrain,
I came across a bamboo lane,
so tall, even eyes couldn't see,
yet some bends to be within reach.
I admired these long trees,
or thick grass, it could be,
few whispers here, some rustle there,
with their sway in gentle breeze.
As I walked on those path,
welcomed by these bamboo plants
either single or in groves,
laden with countless leaves.
A sweet fragrance emanating,
the stroll was heart pleasing,
as the songbirds singing on branches,
spreading joyful melodies over the surface.
The sun shines down the lane,
creating a dappled pattern on ground,
some ants circling through its roots,
over the thin leaves scattered around.
For a moment, I was immersed,
in the ambience of the place,
all the troubles or stress,
simply vanished from my mind.
It was indeed a magical place,
walking through the bamboo lane,
few whispers here, and rustle there,
and a welcoming tall grass tree.
