Let's wake up early today,
to see the morning sunrise,
put a mat on the floor,
and sit in a lotus pose.
Let's close our eyes,
focus our mind within,
take a deep inhalation...
exhale it after some time.
Begin our new day,
with the breath of fresh air,
as the rays of golden sun....
fall upon us cleansing impurities.
We may do the Suryanamaskar,
a set of postures dedicated to sun,
some stretching, different poses,
done properly for our health.
Be it the meditation or exercises,
performed daily, or when need arise,
they have power to strengthen or heal,
when assimilated in our body.
Bestowed upon us from ancient times,
newer integration by enlightened minds,
some experimentations, and fun tries,
we keep learning more as we dive.
So, let's encorporate this in our lives,
by celebrating the presence divine,
cultivating and growing through practice,
connecting our soul with spirituality.
