to truly make things work,
and sustain over the years.
They need strong foundations,
built over sacrifices & devotion,
from the leaders to employees,
showing unwavering concentrations,
to tide over difficult phases.
The company manages operations,
performances rely on motivations,
with budgets and resource allocations,
are essential for daily functioning,
bringing profits for stability & growth.
Yet, there will be troubled state,
when responsibilities were evaded,
passing it down to outside people,
not having skin in the game,
breaking down with risky decisions.
You want to be the boss,
but not prepared to bear loss,
just inherit the privileges,
enjoying all the perks,
till good things lasts.
