In my silence...
I spoke,
of innumerable thoughts,
left untouched,
in crevasses of heart.
Engulfing proximity,
bringing agony,
flare-ups coming,
ready to burst.
In those whispers,
emotions do rise,
swelling of the stream,
from the dried eyes.
Difficult to calm,
this turmoil inside,
memories come flooding,
from past untied.
In my silence...
I have my protest,
of unfair circumstance,
the unfulfilled desires,
bringing disappointments.
In the anguish,
feeling of hopelessness,
I stopped caring,
surrendering to my fate.
